No weight (fat) loss for 6 months - despite eating clean and working out
My calorie intake is between 5000 - 6000 KJ. I eat clean, highly protein food, few carbs and a lot of vegetables (no fruit, I don´t like it) - my intake is approximately 40% protein, 40% fat and 20% carbs.
