Intermittent fasting 16/8

I'm looking for some friends that do IF or want to start it. I just started 2 days ago.

    I have been IF (16/8) for approximately 1 month. I do not eat 8 PM - 12 PM. The first week can be the hardest. Good luck!

    I am on day 4 of 16/8. So far so good. But let's see how I do this weekend. I usually wake up Saturday mornings ready to head out for breakfast. I will opt for the gym instead this weekend. =)

    IF 18-6... 1 cheat meal...eat healthy during most of the week. Down. 11 pnds... No sweets.. Well a little lol... Water water water

    I only eat between 12 noon and 8 pm. Seems to be working for me so far. I didn't realize it was called intermittent fasting until I saw threads about it on MFP
  • Awesome! I sent you a FR requests! When do you exercise btw? I'm quite confused. I do eat 12-8PM, but I love working out in the morning. I read it is necessary to take BCAA before and after exercising. But it is quite expensive. Any ideas?

    I exercise 3-5 days a week. Cardio/strength training. I dont take supplements

    I am in the gym by 5 AM and workout on an empty stomach. I take a caffeine pill, fish oil pill and a multi vitamin. Plus I mix up my pre workout which is amino acids, creatine and a little bit of gatorade powder. I eat a healthy (biggest meal of the day) lunch at 12 PM :)
