Hi everyone. I am just getting started on this site but it seems like a really great place. I am participating in a program at work to help loose weight. I have to get in 150 mins a week of exercise, eat only 3 meals a day with no snacks and keep a log. I am now trying to get in 10,000 steps a day. That one is hard for me…
