I can't always measure everything when I am cooking. There are a lot of interruptions from my kids when I am fixing meals. And my husband and I don't always cook the same way. Do I really need to be exact with all the measurements and serving sizes? Can I just estimate the amount of calories.
How do you measure out 2 oz of pasta? I am not going to use a scale for all my cooking. I don't have the time or the money for all that.
