Serving sizes and measurements
I can't always measure everything when I am cooking. There are a lot of interruptions from my kids when I am fixing meals. And my husband and I don't always cook the same way. Do I really need to be exact with all the measurements and serving sizes? Can I just estimate the amount of calories.

Guessing isn't good because you could be consuming more than you think. This will then cause you to be eating more calories than you believe. And thus not losing weight.
I'm in the same boat though. I just try to measure when I can and if I can't I say I used way more than I did just to ensure im under my calorie goal.0
