How do you measure out 2 oz of pasta? I am not going to use a scale for all my cooking. I don't have the time or the money for all that.

If you want to measure out ounces, you will have to use a scale. If you are unable to afford a scale or unwilling to buy one (seriously, it doesn't take any time at all to measure it -- you can just do it while you're waiting for the water to boil), then you will have to do your best to estimate two ounces. You could try dividing by the total weight of the box and hope that the variance in the box weight isn't too much.0

Depends on how accurate you want to be I guess.
Time and money are not legitimate factors, though, as a scale costs $10-15 at most, and takes only a few seconds to use.
Full disclaimer - I rarely use my scale any more, as I have gotten accustomed to what proper serving sizes look like. I'm still losing weight at the rate I planned to. However, if and when that stops happening, you can be darn sure I'll go back to using the scale as the first step in correcting it.0
