How to transition
Hey there - I've lost about 40 lbs and am about 6 lbs away from goal. Any tips for transitioning to maintenance mode? I'm still losing at a decent clip at 1500 calories a day. Thanks for any help. :)

losing a bit too fast
Hi all, so I started at 177 with a goal weight of 140, hoping to lose about a pound a week. I entered "sedentary" as I thought that's what I was. I have lost about 17lbs in about 39 days. Don't get me wrong I'm thrilled it's working but I don't want to lose so fast I lose any more muscle than necessary, etc. Just looking…

Hi, I'm titania_one and I just got this program. I love it and I'm doing good so far. I'd like to lose weight and get more active. I work full time and have 3 kids so it's not easy but I'm trying to make little gradual changes so they'll have a better chance to stick. :)
