Haven’t exercised in 7 years
I’m obese and get winded even walking like a quarter mile, if that. It’s embarrassing how out of shape I am. I’m not sure how to start. Every program I find is for someone more advanced than I. It’s better for me to have a program, than just winging it. Please help 😊

Hi All. I’m re-starting for the 100th time. BUT the difference is this time, I’m actually doing it!!! I’m 4lbs down and 85lbs to go. I’m 5’8” and currently 250lbs. Goal weight is 165lbs. 165, will be in the healthy weight BMI. I log in everyday. Let’s do this!!

Feeling Shaky when first starting diet.
So today is my Day 1. I notice whenever I am trying to cut calories I get shaky hands and feel a little lightheaded. Back story. I’m 237lbs 5’8”. Haven’t restricted my eating for years(that’s why I’m 237!). Probably hitting 2,500 calories a day minimum. So I never felt that when eating a ton. I’m at 1,700 or so calories…
