MFP category for boot-camp, Jillian Michaels style cardio-strength workouts?
I did 3 rounds of the 7-minute workout today, then 20 minutes of Zumba with weights -- was sweating and breathing hard the whole time, but the only category on MFP I could find was "strength training." That gave me 159 calories burned for 40 minutes. Calories aren't my highest priority, but still...
