Feeling discouraged, I eat healthy I gave up sugar gave up diet soda gave up coffee I don't eat white product and rarely eat whole grain bread maybe once a month if that , I only eat chicken red meat maybe once a month , so I'm not sure how n the heck I gained a pound , I eat fruits maybe I'm eating to many fruits, so I'm…
