The struggle is real

Feeling discouraged, I eat healthy I gave up sugar gave up diet soda gave up coffee I don't eat white product and rarely eat whole grain bread maybe once a month if that , I only eat chicken red meat maybe once a month , so I'm not sure how n the heck I gained a pound , I eat fruits maybe I'm eating to many fruits, so I'm starting my green smoothie again n carrot n Apple n celery drink for two weeks to see if that will him , desperate to try anything something has to work ..any suggestions anyone..

    Yes herrspoons is right.... i was in the same situation for two years i was eating healthy ect and not losing weight.. until i was told to count my calories.. so i did start counting on Jan 24/2015.. and i lost 17 pounds and 3" around the waist.. i also power walk with leslie sansone when weather is not agreeable to walk outside but i do go and walk daily... and a have acheived my 10 000 step per day goal since april 6/2015...
