Starting over again- last time
I started this a while ago and was losing weight and getting healthy but then I allowed trying times to effect my motivation and weigh about 20lbs more than when I started this- well here's to new beginnings! (*raising my glass to everyone who wants this to be the their new beginning too)

Cont- shirtless summer!
20 days on this app and lost 10 lbs and 1 1/2 " in waist. Feeling good so far and looking forward to not having a farmers tan this summer- no shirts revelation- just take them off!

Late night cravings
I have noticed during the day I am on point calories- diet ect. After the sun goes down I get cravings like I'm a vampire needing to feed- I can hear the fridge's heartbeat drawing me closer. I know I need to be able to fight that urge but man it happens a lot.
