I was on fire for about 2 months and working on this app 100%. But last 2 weeks I have been in a downward spiral eating bad and exercising less- so I broke up my main goal into little milestone goals to track progression. Hoping to stay motivated and learn from the last 2 weeks so reintroducing self as I re motivate and restart my diet plan.

Veering off track a little is part of the process. What matters is that you get back to it! Living a healthy lifestyle is a matter of making small choices every day!
