I decided to stop thinking about what I was- and focus on what I am and what I can be. I have two very active kids and a boatload of nephews and nieces. I want to be actively playing, coaching and mentoring them well into my grandpa and (God willing) great grandpa years and past my 90s!

Thanks I think I need to eat more during the day. And control myself at late night poker and TV time :). I am trying to turn this into a habit of not eating after 8pm even if hungry but it can be hard- water and drinks is is good way to go too.

I started the beach body body combat exercises- cut down red meat and stay conscience of my carb intake. Only been about a week using this app but so far so good.

Don't worry this app is great and really helps with the diary of food and exercises- just using it is the first obstacle and you beat that one
