Hi everyone- new to this and also doing the body combat DVDs and having a blast- hope we all stay focused and wear a little less to the beach this summer ;)

    Yeah man, i couldn't tell you the last time i went to the beach or pool party and wasn't self conscious about my weight. Think i'll be on track for a labor day shirtless pool party. (that sounds way dirtier than i meant it.)
