[How do I log] Cooking in a Sauce
So I use cream of mushroom soup for a lot, like for example I am cooking chicken in it right now in the slow cooker. How do I log this? I dont use it for sauce (on my plate I do for the kids) so I am confused as to how to log it. Will it add calories? I would assume so right?
