im doing abs almost every day now, i just do two exercises, one for the upper onw for the lower, 3 sets each. Is that good ebough to develope them abs ? Thanks
The app simply calculate the cardio exercises, but what about the weight training ? How can i know that im eating the right amount of calories and not losing any muscles ? Thanks
