Calorie counting is new to me

hey everyone, my name is Meshari, im from Kuwait, ive been lifting weights for almost three years, but unfortunately ive never thought of counting my calories. I just ate healthy foods for amounts that looked reasonable, and you know how reasonable my some times look hehehe, so im hoping to get better results now that im counting my calories. My goal for know is to get shredded for the summer. Would love to hear from you guys and your experiences .
