The struggle is real!
I try I really do, but it's so hard to resist all the temptations each and every day!!! Having a support system at home that is willing to go through this journey with you is key, in my opinion! It's so hard to incorporate change when everyone in the house doesn't have the same goals!

Adding hand weights to my walking routine...good or bad idea?
I just ordered a 3 pound set (1.5 pound each) of hand walking wrist weights which I will wear like a glove...as I don't like to carry things when I'm walking. Just turned 40 & struggling with my weight!
