Farewell to the 180's
After 3 months and 1 and a half weeks of weightloss, I have finally lost over 30 pounds. Grueling through down from 210, through the 200's, past the malevolent 190's and even through the 180's. I'm nearly halfway to my goal of 140 lbs. and it feels great.

Sudden Bout of Rapid Weight Loss

Finally out of the 190's
So I just got into the 180's for the first time in many months. I've lost about 20 pounds since Early April, or about 2 months ago. I can't really tell much of a difference, and I didn't take any photos so I took my first pictures yesterday for reference use later. Any tips?

Is It Possible to Have a Negative Net Calorie Count Daily?
Yesterday, I was able to finish out the day with more calories left over than my entire calorie goal, thus giving me a negative net calorie count. Is it sustainable to do this every day?
