Are the calories burned accurate?? Help!
All of my accurate stats are plugged into MFP but it shows a much higher calorie burn than what my Polar does, which also has accurate stats plugged into it, for any given exercise. Whether it be swimming, cycling, circuit training, running...the calories MFP shows I burn are almost double what my Polar shows. What gives?…
