All of my accurate stats are plugged into MFP but it shows a much higher calorie burn than what my Polar does, which also has accurate stats plugged into it, for any given exercise. Whether it be swimming, cycling, circuit training, running...the calories MFP shows I burn are almost double what my Polar shows. What gives? Which one should I log!?

Which polar are you using, if you connect MFP to Polar Flow it will use the calories from your device, but you have to have and apple device right now. If you don't have an apple device use your calories from your polar device they will be more accurate. Also use the one on your training/activity/bmr screen, They are minus what you would have burn just breathing. If you're able to sync, use negative adjustments and it will do it for you.0
