Well November is almost ending...
Just got a new low weigh in. Lost about 30 pounds. (Give or take 5lbs) Hit some major PR's 1) 100's on the incline dumbbell press for 6 reps 2) Set of 4 reps at 245lbs (my new low weigh in) Never sell yourself short! Be positive and never doubt your capability :-) Stay motivated people!!!!!

So signed up at the gym October 26th...
And have gone everyday sense, lost about 20 pounds, and have increased strength on every single exercise movement. :-) If I can get off on a good start, so can you! Stay motivated even on the "low" days!!!
