STATS
Age - Turing 24 in 18 days
Height - 6 Foot
Experience - On and off sense high school
Diet - On and off on tracking calories
Activity - Pretty active guy, usually 7 days a week I'm getting some type of sweat in
Start Weight - 275lbs
Goal Weight - 190lbs
Current Weight - 226lbs

Feel free to ask any question, I'll try my best to spread some positive tips. Overall, I'd say this journey wasn't easy by any means and far from perfect. What really contributed to my weight loss was tracking calories, staying consistent and putting in the time. This journey isn't about "loosing weight" it's about being healthier.
