I started in late October of 2017 at 275lbs. Now I'm at 225lbs. Life's is awesome when mid term goals are a living reality. Good luck my man! 205 is in the horizon :-)

Goals. You create them because that's where you want to be. Work everyday to reach your goal and never doubt the hustle. Without hard work goals fade away. Be strong and train yourself to become the best you can be 24/7.

I know I just posted but just had another moment. That moment when you can reach the bottom of your blender bottle when hand washing and your hand isn't stuck lol.

Being consistent with hitting the gym and tracking food everyday sense October... the weight just flew off. After a couple of months goes by, 34 pounds lighter, yet I feel like it was just yesterday I was leaving to the gym for the "Day 1" of my journey.

Mine would be carbohydrates. Because of the wide variety of awesomeness. Fresh baked blue berry bagel slightly toasted, with a side of hummus shared with a few eggs.

Honestly you just have to do one thing which is... Want to quit. When I say want I mean you really deep down inside want to. Look at your situation from a longevity perspective. The longer it takes you to quit the longer you have to wait to reach your goals. Time never stops ticking ether as we all know. So work on it.…
