What is everyone's thoughts on yoghurt. I love yoghurt but the carbs in it are more than I expected, I guess it is from all the added sugar. The only yoghurt I can find in the shops that doesn't have added sugar is a very expensive brand, and is very plain. Do any of you eat yoghurt? If so what types.
Is it possible to be eating too much fat in a low carb diet? I am new to the low carb diet and I have my diary set at a medium carb level so I can work to lower my carb. But it says I am eating too much fat. If I lower my carb percentage will be allowed more fat... My diary is open if that helps. It is also midday Monday…
