i am 36 my weight is 232 now.. I was 250 pounds lost weight on 1500 calorie diet I want to go to 1200 is this a ok diet? I am active and go to the gym 5 times a week. I have looked it up they recommend for men between 1500 to 1200 can any one help me?
looking for any helpful advice to get my weight down I have changed my food all around but it is hard to get the carbs to come down I am on am 1500 calorie diet and watch what I eat also go to the gym often I was 250 now I am at 230 any advice?
