Does anyone use supplement powders for greens and antioxidants. I'm looking at Superfood Vital Reds with greens by Feel Great 365. I work two jobs and don't always get my veggies in, lucky to make my protein and am trying to find a good supplement.
Does your coffee count? I'm at 80 calories with two cups with half and half and SF vanilla. Then I wait till after 10 to start eating, finish dinner by 6pm.
