What electrolyte replacement drink you suggest?
I'm a very salty sweater. I drink coconut water to replace electrolytes, immediately after a run. I'm not a big fan of salt, so my food kinda lacks salt but I'm trying to add a bit more to my diet now. I read that nuun salt tablets are very popular but I've read some good and very bad reviews so I'm not convinced.

i do it the day before, I plan all my meals for the next day! But of course there are minor changes here and there sometimes

Do you get enough sleep?
I know sleep need is an individual thing, depending on how busy you are during the day etc etc but I believe people should strive for at least 7 hours sleep! I feel my best when I get 8-9 hours

Squat machine vs regular squat
Is it really a huge difference and a disadvantage using a squat machine, than a regular squat? I personally use a squat machine and I can see the results but I was wandering if regular squats have better results
