Good morning. ..I ate out yesterday for the first time since we starting watching carbs..did well. Longhorn. .ordered a small salad with steak on top with ranch dressing...was not sure about withe dressing..no bread..2 waters...I really tracked carbs yesterday and did well...stayed full..did not have time to exercise but…
