how to measure pistachios
hi all - kind of a weird question, but i see most caloric values for pistachios as "1/2 cup with shells." so i'm assuming, i put them with shells in to the measuring cup? it makes me want to say duh, but since most other nuts come shelled, i was not sure. Thanks in advance! cat
