lost 5 lbs before vacation. Went on vacation for 8 days and gained it all back. Time to start over. I should of watched what I ate more on vacation. Oh well it's a new day and a new beginning.
So I guess I am dumb, but I guess what you have to do to lose weight is, if I eat 1200 calories do I need to work out or exercise off 1300 calories to do any good?
