I know its easier to loose weight in the beginning. Just wondering how long it took other people to loose the last bit of weight?
I read a study online that said people who drink diet soda are more likely to have abdominal fat and due to drinking diet soda they ate more calories. I have been drinking diet instead of regular soda but I am still loosing weight. Just wondering if anyone else found it to help or hinder abdominal fat???
