The first thing to do is set up an appointment with a counselor/therapist. There is always an underlining issue to why we eat so much. Food makes you feel good when your eating it but afterwards you feel miserable. You need to have the mental willpower before you get this surgery, otherwise people usually gain the weight…

You lost 15 pounds be proud of that.You are on the right path, don't get discouraged. Sometimes when your looking at your own picture people tend to judge themselves too critically. Take your measurement and you will start to see a change. :)

Having a plateau is quite common with weight loss. It could be a number of things...your body could be used to the exercises, sodium or carbs could be too high, or you could be stressing yourself out over not loosing weight etc. Don't get discouraged it has happened to all of us.

If you really want chocolate I suggest you have dark chocolate, at least 80% cocoa. It does have carbs but less then milk chocolate. I find having a few small pieces helps with my chocolate cravings.

You can loose weigh without starving yourself. Plus its extremely bad for long term health.

I felt the same way when i went to the gym...like everyone was looking at me and would laugh....but guess what it turns out no one cared what i looked like...people who are at the gym are their to loose weigh and they are just as insecure about their bodies as you are. Even the skinniest people can think they look fat.…

Loosing inches is awesome. Don't worry about the weight. A pound of fat takes up more room than a pound of muscle. When you go to the clothing store you pick out a size not weight amount. Leave the scale only for abit and the pounds will come off. Your doing wonderful, don't get discouraged.

Basically you eat under 20 grams of carbs per day. There are keto sticks you pee on to see if your body is in ketosis. Better to do high fat, moderate protein and low carbs. By cutting back on carbs some people find themselves less hungry, so they comsume less calories.

I have a cheat meal every monday but I make sure to do twice as much exercise on mondays lol. You have to be able to treat yourself once and awhile. Otherwise you will get frustrated and eat everything in sight (atleast thats what i used to do). I've lost 20 pounds since march consistently so have your meal and get back on…
