Starting tomorrow my mom and I are doing an LCHF diet. She did it last fall before the holidays with some coworkers and it worked great for her. I have told a couple of people and have gotten nothing but negative feedback. I am trying not to let it get to me because I am excited to do something new and have my mom as a true support person it would just be nice to have more positive people in my life. I would love to have more LCHF people both new and old for support and advice
