new to the community. Here to track nutrients. On the Endo diet for endometriosis which means gluten/wheat/soy/dairy/pork/beef free. Also no chocolate, refined sugars, and saturated fats. Limited diet. Trying to increase my activity to help get my fatigue in check. Anyone else out there the same? Or have any advice?
