Can someone remind me how to block Chit Chat on the forums?
I've had it blocked since shortly after I joined MFP, but now it's back for some reason and I don't remember how I got rid of it the first time. I had forgotten how much I hated it taking up what could otherwise be worthwhile space! Thanks in advance :)

How accurate are the cal limits on MFP?
Just getting started, and the cal limit it gave me based on my profile seems a little high for a woman in her mid 40s and a slowing metabolism. In your experience (especially if you're older), how well are your cal limits working out for you? Do they seem pretty accurate?
