Not sure about the activity level
i read MFP log and I'm confused. According to the blog from 2011, I'm suppose to mark sedentary as my activity level bc I have. Desk job and I don't burn a lot of cals at work. Protein powder/shakes
Hi I don't lift at all. I do cardio and core trainings that don't involve lifting. My question is whether if it is really important to incorporate protein shakes into my nutrition regardless. Would protein intake per day be useful for me in terms of more lean, etc? Or would it be useless? Thanks!
