Belly fat

Hi.
My weight is 140 and height is 5'4. I am still trying to lose about 10-20 more lbs. my most problematic area isy belly. I really look like I'm 4-5 months pregnant. I started eating less carbs and I run.... Of course I also do crunches, planks... All u can think of. NOTHING. It is so so hard. Any suggestions on food/exercise? Im suppose to eat 1200 clas per day according to MFP. I usually stay within the goal unless I workout and then I usually eat back approximately 200-250 cals more but still eat in a deficit (this refers relatively to the workout. For instance, if I burned 800 cals I sometimes eat about 200 cals in addition to the 1200. If burned 500 then usually I go over by 100 cals and then if eat 1300. This is due to hunger issues during workout days).
Any suggestions?

I would see my gyn too, just to rule out fibroids that can appear just as you describe.0

Thanks. I actually saw my gyn recently and was checked, including ultrasound. This isn't the issue. Although I did have Philips 2 years ago and they were removed. Thanks for yr answer!0

You can't target fat. Only muscles so your fat is going burn where ever it burns no way around it that's just how the body works sugars could be a problem tough if take into much0

As you lose over all body fat, your belly fat will go away. It just takes time. Be patient and keep it up!0

I think that bodies are just different. I NEVER do any specific ab exercises but I've got a small waist. I'm hourglass shaped, so my hips and thighs are my "problem" area.0

For me, walking at a good pace or running has always been most affective at flattening my belly without dropping my BF% low.
But I tend to carry more fat in other areas (pear to hourglass shape) naturally so not sure if you would have the same results.0 -
In cases like this for me, I always go back to the basics. Am I weighing all my solids and measuring all my liquids. Give it three weeks on adjustments you make. If not happy after 3 weeks make slight adjustments up or down with calories. It is much easier to adjust calories than trying to add in more training to create a deficit. Also if you feel as though you are more hungry on hard training days add more calories to those workout days. Be patient as others have said.0
