Eat calories???
Hey, someone told me that we have to eat back the burned calories. Does that mean even if I workout and burned 300 calories, then I have to eat extra 300 calories ?

Well, I'm trying to lose weight, I don't have any problem before,but just asking. Is it okay to exercise everyday ? Which mean, there's no day that I don't do workout.

Guys, I saw on the list playing music burn calories.. Well I do play guitar a lot at least an hour per day. Do u guys think I should count that calories ? :#
