I'm curios. So here a quick question
Day 1 = 1500 calories consume 0 burn
Day 2 = 1700 calories consume - 200 burn
So guys, which one is better, ?

If the 200 calorie burn is accurate they are the same0

^^ Yup. If the calorie burn is accurate, then it will work out the same. Of course there are other benefits to exercise, so arguably the 1700 day with 200 exercise is 'better'.0

Yep. Both net you 1500.0 -
I find that exercising seems to increase my metabolism. I lose more weight with a combination of exercise, so for me, 1700 calories with 200 burn is better.0

The one with exercise is better because you will be healthier. While it won't make much difference for short term weight loss, the benefits of exercise prevent some things from happening that make it more difficult to lose weight.0

Yeah, thanks guys. It's all starting to make sense now0
