Re-Start. I hope
This is my accountability post. I did well when I was tracking food. So well, that I stopped tracking. I continued to do well, for awhile even when I wasn't tracking. It felt like I had the hang of this. And then.....that number on the scale starting sneaking up. And up. I need to hit the re-start button. It felt SO good…

Doesn't seem to make a difference
Up front....I don't have a ton of weight to lose. But I am overweight, and would like to see a lower number on the scale/lose the excess/get fit. Here's the thing. I'm new (obviously)! Kind of going at it alone, and could use a good group. I've been pretty ok at logging my food for 3 weeks now, and I figure it's time for me to start adjusting my diet/habits. So....hello everyone!
