I've been into fitness for a while, and used MFP on and off. Recently I've been using it daily. I work in Law Enforcement and I'm also a part-time Fire Fighter... so being fit is crucial in my eyes. Recently I've started doing push-ups between sets of whatever I'm working on that day. I do 10-15 immediately after the set I'm doing. Rest for about 30-45 seconds then do it all over. Thinking about doing sit-ups and crunches also but changing it daily. Thoughts?
A good chest/tri's workout I've been loving lately is called trial by 5's... Start off with 2.5 pounds on the bar and do 5 reps. Increase the weight by 5 pounds each set until you can't do 5 reps anymore. After you reach that point, decrease weight by 5 pounds until you reach just the bar. Then do as many reps as you can…
