Over 60 metabolism so slow . Ideas?
I am 64, 5'9" and 236 pounds. I am on Keto. I have reached the age where my metabolism is slow. So slow, that exercise as much as 400 calories still only brings me up to 1340 for food. Adding 8 years to my life. Three months a week.
I am 64. Soon, I will post my photo. Don't know how to do that yet. I recently had a physical. I am 60 pounds overweight. Based on my age and vitals I will live about 8 years less if I remain obese.
