I had a major set back recently. Would love some new friends to keep me motivated!
Any suggestions for the best way to do this? I've lost almost 20 pounds and I haven't noticed as much of a difference as I'd like. Help!
...that the thought of "I wonder if there are exercises I can do in bed?" actually crossed my mind.
I'm trying to lose 30 pounds (hopefully 10-15 of it by June!). I'm in need of some diet buddies so I have someone to help keep my motivation going strong. The staying away from junk food is what I have a problem with. I workout a few times a week.
I crave it. All kinds. And I don't live alone so it's so hard to stay away from. Help!!
