Hi everyone, I am new to the group and just getting into strength training. I am on day 3 of working out on my bowflex and feeling the burn. I need to lose about 50lbs and I am on a mission. I have also lost a few lbs this week as well.
I just bought a bowflex PR3000. I am on my 3rd day of working out with it. I do feel the burn and definitely the next day. I am using one of there workouts in the manual. Does anyone have another plan they use or would like to be friends so we can chat about our workout.
