I've been working out for 2 months and don't see any difference in my abs. My stomach FEELS tighter, but it doesn't look it and I'm really just about ready to call it quits. Any advice?

Military Diet
What do y'all think? Does it work? Is it worth it? I've been considering doing it, but I don't want to put myself through the 1200 calories a day thing if it doesn't actually work. Thanks!
