Just had baby and I'm back at it!!!
After my first son it took me a couple years to get back down to my ideal weight then I got pregnant again.... I gained way more weight than I expected during this pregnancy. I was 118 when I started and ended at 170... 17 days after baby is here I'm 136! Not to much further to go. I'm excited to be back!!!

hi!! I'm a 25 year old woman and I'm so lost on what protein powders to use. I run about 3 miles a day plus I do weights. I'm about 3lbs over my ideal weight so I'm just working on toning and my diet is pretty good and I really want to start making protein shakes after my morning workouts but I'm so lost!!
