Just had baby and I'm back at it!!!

After my first son it took me a couple years to get back down to my ideal weight then I got pregnant again.... I gained way more weight than I expected during this pregnancy. I was 118 when I started and ended at 170... 17 days after baby is here I'm 136! Not to much further to go. I'm excited to be back!!!

    Oohhh. I also just had bby #2 six weeks ago. Back down to pre pregnancy weight & waiting on the docs ok to start strength training again. I suffer from diastasis recti so depending on the severty I may be restricted for awhile & be seeing a pt. My 6 week pp check up is 2morrow so fingers crossed that ican at least start mild strength training again. I definitely miss it!

    I hope they let you!!! I'm tempted to start now but I had another c section so I'm forced to wait I think

    Its amazing how much weight you can lose having a baby ;)

    Wow congrats on both the new little one and the weightloss. I just had my little girl 19 days ago also via C-section. I'm raring to go this whole wait 6 weeks before you exercise thing is such a drag.
