Help on what supplements to use!!!!! So lost haha

hi!! I'm a 25 year old woman and I'm so lost on what protein powders to use. I run about 3 miles a day plus I do weights. I'm about 3lbs over my ideal weight so I'm just working on toning and my diet is pretty good and I really want to start making protein shakes after my morning workouts but I'm so lost!! Any advice would be helpful! :) feel free to add me as well

    Assuming that you aren't meeting your daily protein goal through food, then any whey protein powder from a reputable brand will do, I personally go on cost and taste.

    my favourite brand is optimum nutrition gold standard whey. high in protein, low in carbs and some awesome flavours
