Help on what supplements to use!!!!! So lost haha

hi!! I'm a 25 year old woman and I'm so lost on what protein powders to use. I run about 3 miles a day plus I do weights. I'm about 3lbs over my ideal weight so I'm just working on toning and my diet is pretty good and I really want to start making protein shakes after my morning workouts but I'm so lost!! Any advice would be helpful! feel free to add me as well

Assuming that you aren't meeting your daily protein goal through food, then any whey protein powder from a reputable brand will do, I personally go on cost and taste.0

my favourite brand is optimum nutrition gold standard whey. high in protein, low in carbs and some awesome flavours0
